All rates are subject to 6.75% tax (except monthly rate). To reserve BBL for your visit, we request advance payment equal to half of the cost of your stay. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express for your reservation. If reservation is cancelled 14 or more days prior to arrival, the deposit may be used from one year from the date of cancellation, subject to availability. No refunds or credits will be made for cancellations received less than 14 days prior to arrival or to change in weather. A change of weather is not a reason to cancel. A refund of deposit will only be given if there is a county-wide evacuation. We do request a 2 night minimum stay on the weekends. Occasionally, a one night rental may be available for an additional charge. Holiday weekends may have a 3 night minimum requirement. Weekends are booking up fast, but we will add you to the waiting list in case of cancellation.
DAMAGE POLICY: The person making the reservation will be held responsible for any damages made by themselves or guests during their visit. The credit card used for the reservation or final payment may be processed to reimburse owners and operators of BBL for the damages. The responsible party will be provided an itemized list of damages and the costs for each.
